I say I don't want you operator..." I want to go to New Orleans SAA 2013. For the first time in a long time I care whether I live or die. This opportunity sends me, thats what I want to say, it sends me, honest you do. The emotion felt when the music opens up and Sam says "You send me, thats what I want to tell you." Thats how happy I feel. Isnt it crazy how one opportunity that is routine for some just send me to another world.

I'm just so excited. I am going to apply for a friends of the library scholarship but will leave nothing to chance. You never know if they have had a bad funding year and hence not enough to fund, so I thought about it on my morning drive and came up with a fundraising strategy that entails letter writing to all the groups I regularly speak to and the civic organizations I am a member of, and if I dont get the scholarship I will have to beg for mercy from some rich benefactors that might have a soft spot for me. I'm a musician, I don't mind singing for my supper. Surley with a combination of all of the above...between now and August I can raise the funds. There may be scholarships opportunities through the SAA that I will explore. This has just opened up a whole new world possibilities. Today i just feel so happy to alive, I had to put on my party hat icon.
