baby, Merry Christmas
This past Friday we went to Burritt's Christmas thing. It was as nice as ever. Sorry I couldnt go on Sat Lena.

I snapped a couple polaroids. It was way wakward because many of the cabins were lit by fire or candle light. Personally I think its the best light for me. I used to keep my paper journal by candlight sometimes. I dont really know why but I do know that direct lighting is so bad for my skin tone!

The picture I am in is with one of my favorite docents from there. She was in the work shop I led up there and has seen me at different functions. She made her at and shawl. and I mean combed the sheep, spun it, weaved it and then sewed it. She is pretty amazing.

Mike wore his new old jacket that we found at an antique store. THey only wanted 20 bucks for it and this jacket is a service grade wool trench. I think he looked very dapper in it myself. For some reason I think I have time travelled back to the 1940 or no later than 52 because we keep seem to be obtaining more stuff from that era. Gerald has time travelled back to 1995 in his LJ show, but I have seem to gone way back. The very same day we got the coat I also got a whole set of china servise for 8 for 30 bucks. Its a sweet 1940s pattern. When we saw it we both wanted it bad so we just threw cation to the wind and now I am sure that it is 1946 and Dick Haymes Christmas Dreaming is broadcasting live over the radio from a sensational LA night club.
